Ask your association representative for your member discount code. In order to qualify for the discount, you must submit your registration in advance of the event, via the online registration form! There will be no discount for on-site registrations at the event itself!

Conditions

Registration includes:
Your registration includes access to all conference sessions and expo/networking area, sandwich lunches, refreshments, access to the Welcome Reception on the evening of April 6th and to the Attendee and Sponsor/Exhibitor Reception on April 7th, conference bag and conference materials including copy of the Conference & Exhibition Guide, electronic conference proceedings, free wireless internet connection at the conference venue, free parking at the conference venue.
Note: For speaker registrations, the book (Global Telemedicine and eHealth Updates, Vol. 4) is also included in the registration fee.

*Book "Global Telemedicine and eHealth Updates, Vol. 4":
This book compiles the papers that will be presented at Med-e-Tel 2011. You can purchase this book in advance, together with your registration for Med-e-Tel 2011. The book will be handed over to you with your other registration materials during your visit to Med-e-Tel. Note: For speaker registrations, the book is already included in the registration fee.

Confirmation and payment:
Confirmation of pre-registration will be sent per e-mail. Pre-registered visitors can pick up their entrance badge at the designated pre-registration desks upon arrival at the event. In order to qualify for early bird rates, registration AND payment must reach us before the indicated deadline.

Invitation letter for visa purpose
If you need an invitation letter, please submit the visa support form with all requested details and we will send you an official invitation letter which can be used to apply for your visa at the designated embassy or consulate in your country.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received on or before March 15, 2011 will be refunded, but will be subject to a €65,- cancellation fee. After that date, no cancellations will be accepted.
Speaker registrations can only be cancelled until February 18th, 2011 to qualify for a €65,- refund. After that date, no cancellations of speaker registration will be accepted.
Cancellations must be in writing. You may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time. Please notify the Med-e-Tel secretariat of any such substitutions as soon as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
