The Med-e-Tel 2006 Proceedings are a collection of essays and a collective experience of experts from different continents and different cultures which were presented at Med-e-Tel 2006. The aim of the publication is to permit those who are planning to introduce eHealth/Telemedicine applications in their regions or countries to rely on experiences of others in order to avoid mistakes and to reduce potential problems.
